The Annual Report of Valiant Holding AG comprises the following chapters: Management Report, Corporate Governance, Compensation Report and Financial Report. The Annual Report commences with an interview with the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Markus Gygax, and the CEO, Ewald Burgener, together with a letter to the shareholders. 

The Sustainability Report is now issued as a separate report and contains amongst other things climate reporting according to the internationally recognised recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). For the first time the climate report is also machine readable in accordance with the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) taxonomy.

The reporting is supplemented by a printed short report and an online Annual Report. This contains interactive key figures and a video review of 2025. The online 2025 Annual Report is available at gb.valiant.ch.
