Currently Head of Companies and Investment Advice
After completing a degree in economics at the University of Lausanne, Kathrin Wehrli started her career as a management consultant. The skilled banker then spent 15 years working at various large banks in a range of management positions and as an executive board member. She has extensive experience in both retail and corporate business and in asset management. Her track record also includes successfully leading transformation and digitalisation projects. Since 1 September 2025, Kathrin Wehrli has been successfully running the Companies and Investment Advice unit at Valiant and is a member of the Executive Board. Kathrin Wehrli is 46 years old and lives in Zurich. She is married with three children and is a sports enthusiast. 

Term of office to start after the 2027 Annual General Meeting
Kathrin Wehrli will succeed Ewald Burgener as CEO on 20 May 2027, following the Annual General Meeting. Ewald Burgener will stand for election to the Board of Directors at the 2027 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 19 May. Arrangements to appoint a successor to Kathrin Wehrli as Head of Companies and Investment Advice will commence shortly.
