The Annual Report of Valiant Holding AG comprises the following chapters: Management Report, Corporate Governance, Compensation Report and Financial Report. The Annual Report commences with an interview with the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Markus Gygax, and the CEO, Ewald Burgener, together with a letter to the shareholders.

Now issued as a separate report, the Sustainability Report has been extended to include climate reporting according to the internationally recognised recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). It summarises the climate protection obligations of Valiant and reports on the progress made in that regard.

The reports are supplemented by a printed short report and an online Annual Report with interactive figures. The online 2024 Annual Report is available at gb.valiant.ch.
